Plain privacy notes

Privacy on the flyer, in plain words

No accounts, sign-up forms or ad trackers, and your neighbourhood and theme stay in your browser. A separate counter tallies visits, cookie-free, and gets your IP address and browser.

What the flyer does not collect

Nothing here asks you to sign up. The flyer has no accounts, no logins and no forms that send information anywhere.

These pages carry no ad trackers. Only a tiny cookie-free counter reports each page opened to an outside tally service, passing along your IP address and browser details. The flyer does not build a profile of you or follow you around the web.

What stays in your own browser

A few small choices are saved so the pages feel right on your next visit:

  • The neighbourhood picker, so the flyer shows the area you chose.
  • The theme choice, light or dark.
  • The evening limit note, the reminder you can write for yourself before a night out.

These are kept in your browser's own storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). Some last only until you close the tab, others until you clear them. They are never sent to the flyer. To remove them, go to your browser settings and clear the data for this site.

Should a limit note start to feel hard to stick to, free help from Gambling Support BC is available 24/7 at 1-888-795-6111. More on the gambling support page.

The one paid link

The flyer carries a paid link from an advertising partner. Inner pages carry no ads.

When you click that link, it first passes through a short redirect page on this site, then goes on to the partner. Once you arrive there, you are on their site, and their own privacy policy applies. The flyer does not control what they collect.

How the flyer is paid is explained on Ads and money.

Fonts, images and server logs

Fonts and images are served from this site, not pulled from outside services.

The web host may keep routine request logs with IP addresses, never used for ads. Our visit counter leaves no cookies, yet a separate analytics firm receives your IP address and browser type.

Getting in touch

Letters to the flyer go to office@coquitlamcasinos.com. Writing in simply means sending an ordinary letter. Readers never open an account or fill in a form here, so the flyer keeps no profile or sign-up details about them.

Questions for the casino itself belong with the venue, which publishes its own contact details on its official site. More about who keeps the flyer is on The flyer desk.
